Integrated DOC & DPF Catalyst for Diesel Generator Sets
This integrated emission control system combines a Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) and a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) into a single, efficient unit for diesel generators.

The DOC first converts harmful carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons into carbon dioxide and water. The exhaust then flows into the DPF, which physically traps over 99% of particulate matter (soot).

This system ensures reliable, continuous compliance with strict emission regulations, reduces visible smoke, and protects the environment, making it essential for clean standby and prime power generation.

DPF is the only option to satisfy particle number emissions. Common DPF support materials are ceramics, aluminum titanate and silicon carbide. The choice of carrier material is mainly based on the use of DPF and regeneration strategy, including carbon back pressure, filtration efficiency, regeneration temperature, time and so on.
